Nevada Athletic Commission officials released the payroll for WSOF 12 on Monday, and it was veteran middleweight Elvis Mutapcic who led the earnings list.
Mutapcic pocketed $20,000 for his unanimous decision victory over Kelvin Tiller ($5,000), which took place on the night’s main card and aired live on NBC Sports Network.
Aside from Mutapcic, only two other fighters who competed at WSOF 12 took home five-figure paydays. Luis Palomino pocketed $18,000 for his main event knockout of Lewis Gonzalez, while former UFC fighter Ronny Markes earned $16,000 for his hard-fought unanimous decision win over Cully Butterfield.
Gonzalez and Butterfield took home $7,000 and $3,000 respectively for their losing efforts.
