GLORY 19 may have been delayed from its originally-intended staging month of December, but it now has an announced date and place from the organization. The next event from the kickboxing’s brand leader is set for February 6th at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia.
GLORY heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven will face Errol Zimmerman, a bout that will mark the third time the two will meet. The pair have split their first two encounters with Verhoeven claiming the most recent win between them in June of 2013.
Zimmerman earned his spot by winning the GLORY 16 heavyweight contender tournament in May. He stopped both Ben Edwards and Anderson ‘Braddock’ Silva in the first round to win the four-man tournament.
No other bouts have been announced for this card. The event is set to air on Spike TV.
