It looks like UFC’s return to Belfast will feature a different main event than the one currently being advertised.
Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com is reporting that the originally scheduled main event for the UFC Fight Night 99 show, Gunnar Nelson vs. Dong Hyun Kim, is off due to Nelson suffering an injury and pulling out of the fight.
In its’ place, according to Helwani’s report, will be a rematch between Gegard Mousasi and Urijah Hall. In their initial meeting, Hall handed Mousasi his most recent defeat, knocking out the decorated MMA veteran in spectacular fashion at the UFC Fight Night 75 event back in September of 2015.
UFC Fight Night 99 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 19th from the SSE Arena in Belfast, Ireland.
