Bloody Elbow is the place to be for live and extensive fight night and post-fight coverage of UFC Fight Night: Swanson vs. Lobov at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Saturday, April 22nd. The night’s main event is a featherweight bout between perennial contender Cub Swanson and TUF 22 runner-up Artem Lobov.
The UFC Fight Night: Swanson vs. Lobov weigh-ins are in the books, and almost everyone made weight. I say almost, because Marcos Rogerio de Lima wasn’t remotely close to the light heavyweight limit. Having weighed 209.5 lbs for his last bout against Jeremy Kimball, the Brazilian tipped the scales at 210. His fight with Ovince Saint Preux is still a go, but it’ll be at a catchweight.
As for headliners Cub Swanson and Artem Lobov, there was no problem for either one of them, with both weighing in bang-on at 145 lbs. Al Iaquinta came in at 154.5 lbs, while his co-main event opponent Diego Sanchez clocked in at 155.5 lbs.
There are no ceremonial weigh-ins today, so no video. Here are the complete results, courtesy of MMAjunkie, as well as the fight card for Saturday night:
