Fedor 003Now that Strikeforce has made their World Grand Prix pairings official, fighters are busy preparing themselves for their respective opponents.

One of the biggest matchups has heavyweights Fedor Emelianenko and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva bringing in outside help to prepare themselves for their upcoming Feb. 12 bout in East Rutherford, NJ, where they will main event the Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Silva show.

Silva’s camp has brought in people from the US and Europe such as Guto Inocente, Vitor Miranda, Fabio Maldonado, Seth Petruzelli, plus a few others.

Fedor’s manager Vadim Finkelstein has revealed to M-1 Global his fighters preparations for the upcoming fight by bringing in some of the best fighters and trainers from around Europe.

“A couple of days in Russia arrives Gegard Mousasi, well-known coaches from the camp of the legendary Ernesto Hoost. They will meet with Fedor and join his training process.”

“This is primarily intended to help diversify the preparatory process for Fedor.
