SAN FRANCISCO — On Saturday night, one of the most anticipated fights of the year will finally take place, as Anderson Silva will put his UFC middleweight title on the line against Chael Sonnen. In addition to that fight, the UFC has stacked the undercard with the likes of Junior dos Santos vs. Roy Nelson, Jon Fitch vs. Thiago Alves and Matt Hughes vs. Ricardo Almeida.
