Until recently, all the MMA world knew regarding Chad Mendes’ USADA issues was that he was flagged for a potential violation of the Anti-Doping Policy. Apparently more will soon be coming to light.
On Saturday evening, the former UFC title contender took to social media, breaking his silence regarding the story and seemingly warming up the MMA community for the details that are likely to soon follow.
While it is still unclear what exactly Mendes did to violate the policy, it appears that he has been found to be guilty of something, as he wrote the following on Twitter:
I didn't do my homework and that was a big mistake. I own it and I'm going to pay for it.
