Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s bantamweight contender, Aspen Ladd, was in complete agony today while weighing in — sans clothing — for her UFC Fight Night 155 main event against former featherweight champion, Germaine de Randamie.

Or maybe she was just nervous about hitting the 135-pound limit.

That’s according to the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) physician, Dr. Gary Furness, who told ESPN reporter Marc Raimondi that Ladd is medically cleared to fight. Her pained face and uncontrollable quivering?

Pre-fight jitters!

“A little bit of nerves,” Furness said. “She’s part of the main event and I believe she had missed weight in a previous fight. That was contributing to it, I believe.”

Well that’s a relief, my dumb ass was actually worried for a second, especially when she was too wobbly to even get back on the scale for photo ops.

Ladd, who previously missed weight for both UFC and Invicta FC, will have until Saturday night (July 13, 2019) to recover before a trained fighter with heavy hands starts punching her in the face, so let’s hope her IV-less squad has a good supply of Pedialyte.

And to all those folks who don’t care, think I’m a whiny wuss overreacting, or just have a witty contribution that will bring them supply, don’t you dare come back and condemn the practice of extreme weight cutting when UFC suffers its first scale-related death.

See you tomorrow and hey; remember, JUST BLEED!!!
