As witnessed at the UFC 204 pay-per-view in Manchester, England on Saturday evening, MMA legend Dan Henderson officially hung up his fight gloves for the last time.

Hendo came up short in his attempt to win the UFC Middleweight Championship from former rival Michael Bisping in the main event of Saturday’s pay-per-view. He lost via unanimous decision on scores of 48-47, 48-47 and 49-46, despite knocking Bisping down twice in the early rounds and coming extremely close to finishing “The Count” in the first round.

As promised, win, lose or draw, UFC 204 was advertised to be Hendo’s final appearance as an active competitor inside the Octagon, and apparently that’s exactly what MMA fans who ordered Saturday’s show witnessed.

Following the UFC 204 pay-per-view, which featured Hendo’s retirement, several MMA fighters took to social media to comment on the owner of the fan-friendly “H-Bomb” finally calling it a career at age 46. Below is a collection of tweets from various MMA personalities reacting to the retirement of Dan Henderson.
