Japan’s largest MMA Promotion returns this weekend with a card featuring ‘King’ Reina, Yusuke Yachi, and Angela Magana.
It’s a notably dead week for major MMA events around the globe, but at least one promotion is looking to pick up the mid-summer slack. Japan’s RIZIN makes a quick turnaround from their July 29th event for RIZIN.12 on August 12th in Nagoya, Japan. While not one of their flashier cards, the night will feature lightweight slugger Yusuke Yachi in the main event along with notable women’s featherweight fighter ‘King’ Reina Miura taking on Invicta matchmaker and longtime veteran Kaitlin Young. Toss a few notable vets like Kiichi Kunimoto, Hatsu Hioki, and Angela Magana in the mix, as well as a few decent kickboxing bouts, and it should make for some solid entertainment.
