Dillon Danis accuses AEW star MJF of trying to ‘Lick Logan Paul’s arsehole’ in latest social media attack

The party doesn’t stop when Dillon Danis is at the Twitter wheel. Or X. Whatever they’re calling it these days.

Dillon Danis is currently preparing to step inside the squared circle for a boxing match with social media and WWE Superstar Logan Paul. The bout is expected to go down on October 14, in Manchester, England, but Danis had absolutely no intentions of waiting until the fall to let the warfare begin.

From the moment the bout was announced, Danis has been on the attack, trolling Paul incessantly on social media. So much so that Paul reportedly sent Danis a cease and desist notice, advising that if the over-the-line gamesmanship didn’t stop, he would pull out of the fight, costing Danis a payday. Of course, none of that really deterred Danis from continuing to torment Paul and his fiancee, Nina Agdal, but for now, it appears that Danis has found himself a new target in AEW world champion MJF, Maxwell Jacob Friedman.

It all began when MJF tagged Paul in a post, pandering to the social media star and discussing his placement on ESPN’s coveted Top 30 Under 30 list.

“Yo @LoganPaul I’m a big fan and I heard you were very upset with your ranking in the @espn top 30 under 30. I couldn’t agree with you more, the list was flawed,” MJF wrote on X.

From there, MJF suggested that the two could hook up on the PRIME Energy guru’s IMPAULSIVE podcast.

It didn’t take long for Dillon Danis to sniff out the a**-kissing that was going on, and immediately directed his attention toward MJF in a scathing response.

“Logan is dealing with something right now little man I’ll gladly come to AEW and show you how easy it is to wrestle try a real fight sometime pussy,” Danis posted.

Known as one of the best promos in the business, MJF quickly snapped back, saying: “No thanks. I don’t wrestle Jobbers.”

Dillon Danis Makes Things Personal with MJF

Dillon Danis once again came quick with his own comeback, poking fun at MJF’s attempt to get on Logan Paul’s podcast. “You’re trying to lick Logan Paul’s arsehole to get on his podcast, and I’m the jobber? But you better stick to the fake stuff because in a real ring, I’d strangle you dead and then do the hora dance on your head,” Danis said in response.

Danis wasn’t quite done there, taking a personal jab at MJF, just as he has continued to do with Logan Paul. “Maybe if you were a real fighter your fiancé wouldn’t have left you @The_MJF.”

Dillon Danis has largely been the butt of the joke in combat sports over the last couple of years, but Danis’ beyond unprofessional trash talk has seemingly captured the attention of fight fans online and could ultimately lead his bout with Logan Paul to some pretty stellar viewership. Of course, it won’t help him once they step inside the ring, but Danis stands to make a pretty big payday for the beating he’s likely to take.

Jorge Masvidal set for AEW return, plans to ‘Hurt’ wrestlers ‘For real’

Jorge Masvidal

Jorge Masvidal is set to make his return to the squared circle for All Elite Wrestling next month.

‘Gamebred’ is currently slated for a welterweight showdown with No. 5 ranked contender Gilbert Burns at UFC 287 on April 8. According to the man himself, that won’t be the only time you can see the self-proclaimed BMF champion in action this April. In an interview with Inside the Ropes, Jorge Masvidal revealed that he is returning to the world of professional wrestling and plans to do some real damage to the stars of AEW.

“I can’t tell you that I’ll be in the show, involved in the show (AEW Dynamite on 4/26) but I can tell you as a fan, I’ll definitely be there,” Masvidal confirmed. “Now, if they got time to include this guy because they know that when I come for these wrestlers, none of that fake stuff. I’m trying to hurt them for real, ask Chris Jericho. Ask anybody that gets in the way, I’m trying to hurt them for real and they know it. So, if they want that heat again, it’s cool but I don’t think they wanna see me back in there after what I did.

Jorge Masvidal Hits Chris Jericho with His Signature Flying Knee

“Tell you the truth, I’m gonna go as a fan because I love their shows,” Masvidal continued. “They got the rowdiest shows when it comes to pro wrestling so I’m gonna be out there definitely just to show love but, I don’t think they want to see that over there. Ever since I did that to Jericho, they’re kind of worried about me” (transcription by Inside the Ropes).

In September 2021, Jorge Masvidal appeared on an episode of AEW Rampage alongside American Top Team founder Dan Lambert and former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos. ‘Gamebred’ involved himself in a tag team match that pitted Chris Jericho and Jake Hager against Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky. Following the contest, Masvidal entered the ring and delivered a flying knee that flattened Jericho, reminiscent of his viral 5-second knockout against Ben Askren in 2019.

It will be a busy month for the two-time UFC title challenger as his promotion, Gamebred Boxing, delivers a stacked lineup of fights on UFC Fight Pass on April 1. Competing at the event are a slew of MMA legends including Paul Daley, Vitor Belfort, ‘Jacare’ Souza, Jose Aldo, and Jeremy Stephens. The card will be headlined by a crossover boxing bout between Roy Jones Jr and Anthony ‘Showtime’ Pettis.

May will be another important month for Jorge Masvidal as he is expected back in court on May 10 for a pretrial hearing in his alleged assault of Colby Covington outside of a Miami steakhouse last year.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman

Professional wrestling star and AEW (All Elite Wrestling) mainstay, Maxwell Jacob Friedman has offered to share the Octagon with UFC lightweight contender, Paddy Pimblett – in a rather surprising clash of personalities, after the duo shared a tense back-and-forth across Instagram.

Friedman, a professional wrestler competing under the AEW banner, and otherwise known by his abbreviation, MJF, currently holds the organization’s World Championship title.

Pimblett, on the other hand, is a former Cage Warriors featherweight champion, and made his long-awaited Octagon bow in September of last year. Debuting with a knockout win over Luigi Vendramini, the Liverpool native would then stop Kazula Vargas with a submission win at UFC London earlier this year, before a July rear-naked choke success over Jordan Leavitt in a summer instalment of the capital card.

Engaging in an Instagram comment storm alongside Friedman, Pimblett commented on the promotion’s incoming outing at Craven Cottage – the football ground of Premier League side, Fulham, with the former offering to fight Pimblett under the banner of the UFC in a wholly unlikely fight.

“@the_mjf I do have knowledge about mma tho don’t I?” Paddy Pimblett questioned Maxwell Jacob Friedman. “Which u have zero knowledge about so let’s not go there (laughing face emoji) If u wanna have a real fight let’s sort it with the @ufc if not pipe down! Oh tell ur boss to sign me up when yous come to Fulham’s ground I be ready son (raised hands face emoji) (kissing face emoji).”

“@theufcbaddy hey bud, @aew has a show coming up in your neck of the woods,” Maxwell Jacob Friedman commented. “If you’re man enough I’ll gladly show you how real I am. @tonyrkhan @danawhite.”

“@the_mjf I’ve just said that u spaceman (laughing face emoji) don’t act asif ur calling for it I’ve just told u straight when youse come Fulham’s ground (craven cottage) get ur boss @tonyrkhan to message my boss @danawhite and see what we can sort (raised hands face emoji) because I know full well you won’t pass a USADA drug test to fight in the @ufc (laughing face emoji),” Paddy Pimblett commented.

“@theufcbaddy unlike you I’m 100% natural and I’m also 100% original,” Maxwell Jacob Friedman commented. “You’re dollar store Conor McGregor talking, Will from Stranger Things looking ass wouldn’t last two seconds in my world. #Betterthanyou See you in London.”

Next Generation MMA staple, Pimblett is slated to make his Octagon return at UFC 282 on December 10. against Jared Gordon at the lightweight limit at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
