A recent video of social media star Andrew Tate being knocked out during his kickboxing career has gone viral, with many people enjoying seeing the 35-year-old hit the canvas.

While many people are new to the controversial personality that is Andrew Tate, long before he made his mark with the use of his influencer marketing and clickbait comments, Tate was able to maintain a successful kickboxer career holding a record of 43-9.

Despite reportedly selling television advertisements in 2009, Tate was able to pick up impressive victories over former British Super-cruiserweight Champions Ollie Green and Mo Karbo, before, challenging and beating Paul Randall for the vacant ISKA English Kickboxing Light-cruiserweight title in Derby during April that year.

Andrew Tate not only went on to become ISKA’s Cruiserweight Champion but also the promotions Light-Heavyweight Champion.

Andrew Tate gets knocked out by Franci Grajš

During the Enfusion 3: Trial of the Gladiators tournament, Andrew Tate was able to participate to determine the #1 Kickboxer in the world at 85Kg.

Although Tate was able to find a way to the final, the internet sensation was bombarded by a series of punches before being caught by a first-round flying knee from his opponent Franci Grajš, which left him bouncing face first off the canvas.

Since then, Andrew Tate has blossomed into a mainstream social media attraction for his outlandish and unconventional content.

Although ‘Cobra Tate’ is retired, he has recently been linked with a potential return to combat sports, with the likes of Bellator’s Dillion Danis and undefeated YouTube boxer Jake Paul biting at the chomp to bring Tate out of retirement for a big money fight.

Bellator MMA welterweight contender, Dillon Danis has called out yet another opponent for his impending return to active competition, this time switching his attention to the outspoken former kickboxing champion, Andrew Tate – claiming the controversial content creator would “turn into a feminist” after a fight with him.

Danis, a high-profile feature under the Bellator MMA banner, has been sidelined since improving to 2-0 professionally back in June 2019, defeating Max Humphrey with a late opening round armbar win at a 175lbs catchweight matchup at Bellator 222 in New York.

Danis had previously made his professional mixed martial arts debut back in April of 2018 at Bellator 198, defeating Kyle Walker with a quickfire opening round toe hold submission.

In the time since, Dillon Danis has been recovering from reconstructive knee injury following a slew of ligament injuries. And footage emerged late last year of Danis being corralled outside a New Jersey bar by a bouncer, where Danis was placed in a rear-naked choke

As for Tate, the outspoken 35-year-old English-born striker, has risen to prominence across social media and YouTube in recent months, detailing his controversial and often-criticized views, resulting in the former kickboxer receiving mass attention and engagement online.

Boasting a 1-0 professional mixed martial arts record, Tate managed to defeat Shane Kavanagh with a win at Ultimate Warrior Challenge Uk back in 2010, while the Englishman also holds an amateur win against The Ultimate Fighter and UFC alum, compatriot, Luke Barnatt.

Dillon Danis calls out Andrew Tate ahead of his return to mixed martial arts

Issuing a call out to Tate on his official Twitter account, Danis claimed he would turn the controversial Tate into a “feminist” after they shared the cage.

“When I come back to MMA I want Andrew Tate he’s 1-0 and I’m 2-0,” Dillon Danis tweeted. “Someone’s 0 has to go! I’d beat him so bad he’d turn inot a feminist.”

In recent weeks, Tate has been linked with a potential return to combat sports in the form of a professional boxing match against the undefeated, Jake Paul – following the latter’s failed Madison Square Garden clash with Hasim Rahman Jr.

Logan Paul Believes He’s Found Direct Path To Future McGregor Clash

Logan Paul believes, if he can make a statement in a fight with Dillon Danis inside the boxing ring, it would be enough to get Conor McGregor into the squared circle to fight him next.

Both Logan and brother, Jake, have had their fair share of issues with Danis in recent years. Either brother would be a great candidate to meet Danis inside the boxing ring down the road.

However, Logan Paul tells True Geordie that one of the biggest benefits of a potential fight with Danis would be the possibility of it opening the door to a fight with Conor McGregor.

“There’s levels to this s***,” Paul said. “Number one, you have to be able to sell a fight. Then, number two, I don’t think that those fights would be on par [with Danis].

“I don’t believe that people would think ‘that could be a good fight’. This could also set me up for a potential Conor fight, should that ever happen. Jake’s also trying to fight Conor, either myself or Jake will fight Conor McGregor eventually.

“With Conor, you’re not taking a crazy f***ing risk, maybe you are. Because if Conor McGregor loses to Jake or I, that’s tough, that’s a legacy destroyer.”

Both Jake and Logan Paul have also been campaigning for potential boxing fights against McGregor. McGregor has one professional boxing fight under his belt, that being a 2017 loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr., which was arguably the most successful combat sporting event of all time.

Both Logan and Jake Paul have proven themselves as box office draws in the world of boxing, so a meeting with McGregor wouldn’t be completely outside of the realm of possibilities. While Logan Paul has only taken exhibition bouts inside the ring, Jake Paul currently holds an undefeated professional record of 5-0.

Granted, a pair of those wins come from a fellow YouTube star and an ex-NBA player. However, his other three victories come against Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley (twice), both former champions in MMA.

It will be interesting to see if McGregor ever shares the ring with either Paul brother down the line.

What do you make of Logan Paul suggesting a fight with Danis could open the door to a fight with McGregor? Do you agree? Let us know in the comments!

Logan Paul once had an interaction with Dillon Danis that involved a gun.

Paul was recently a guest on the Flagrant podcast and detailed an encounter he had with Danis at a party. The YouTube star said this was at a point when Danis was on crutches, and a member of his entourage actually pulled out a gun.

“A hundred percent, I agree, he’s one of the best Jiu Jiutsu guys in the world,” Paul said of Danis. “Actually here in New York one time, coz you know Dillon, me and Jake and all have been beefing for some time. We were at a party, this was when Dillon was on crutches and one of his boys pulled a gun on Mike [Majlak]. Legit.”

Both Paul brothers have had back-and-forth words with Danis in the past several months. However, more so Logan’s brother, Jake, who currently competes as a professional boxer.

Logan Paul has only ever done exhibition bouts against the likes of fellow YouTube star KSI and even Floyd Mayweather Jr. As for Jake, he holds an undefeated record of 5-0 as a boxer with wins over former UFC stars Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.

Dillon Danis briefly competed in mixed martial arts (MMA) under the Bellator banner, racking up an undefeated record of 2-0. However, he hasn’t competed since his last fight in 2019.

Prior to venturing into MMA, Danis had made a name for himself as a big star in the jiu-jitsu world.

Dillon Danis teased a potential fight with KSI for his planned return to combat sports in August.

Taking to Instagram to hint at the possible showdown, Danis directed his fans to the story of Briton’s latest boxing bow, Misfits boxing.

YouTube sensation KSI announced his return to action after a three-year hiatus from exhibition matches. KSI’s last outing was a winning effort against Logan Paul in a rematch in 2019. While he confirmed the date for his boxing comeback, few details have been shared regarding who the opponent will be with Alex Wassabiy leading the race.

Danis requested his fans to visit the Misfits’ Instagram story and vote on the poll asking who would win in a matchup between KSI and himself. It seems like the public has a pretty strong opinion on the probable fight with 80 percent voting for KSI to defeat Danis.

Dillon Danis also retweeted another Tweet suggesting his fight against KSI.

“BREAKING: @KSI potentially fighting @dillondanis on August 27th! See @ksinews_

Dillon Danis recovering from leg injury

Having only two MMA fights on his professional record, Dillon Danis may be more known for his affiliation with Conor McGregor than his fighting abilities. Although he’s been involved in a long-term feud with another YouTube star, Jake Paul, Danis has never fought inside the ring.

Jake uploaded a video of a drive-by water attack on Danis that went viral. Paul shut down all talks of fighting Danis after talks between the two camps collapsed.

Another teammate of Danis, Peter Queally detailed his struggles with a leg injury that held him back from fighting Paul. “He’s open to boxing if the right fight comes along,” Queally said. “If the right kind of marquee boxing match came along, like this Jake Paul fight which was a possibility for a while.

“Maybe it’s not now because Jake has gone on and won a lot of big fights since then and maybe he’s looking for something else. But that was a real possibility for a while, that was more or less done him and Dillon so I could see a fight like that happening. I hope he’ll fight next year, he just had surgery I think in July and that was his second one.”

Queally shared that Danis is recovering from a second surgery and expects him to return to fighting in MMA.

“He had to go back and do a second one and he’s recovering from that, it’s quite a serious surgery. He needs to recover from that and then I could see him fighting next year – I would bet on MMA.”
