UFC Prague will culminate when Poland’s Jan Blachowicz throws down with Brazil’s Thiago Santos in the night’s main attraction.

Stay posted to LowkickMMA as we will have ongoing results from the entire UFC on ESPN+3 card.

Blachowicz (23-7) will face his toughest test to date in Santos, but the 35-year-old is riding a four-fight winning streak, the longest of his UFC career. A win in Prague could have Jan in title contention in 2019.

Since moving up to the light heavyweight division, Santos (20-6), has gone on a three-fight winning streak. The Brazilian powerhouse has won seven of his last eight and looks to play spoiler to the Polish faithful.

Round One

Blachowicz and Santos take to the center of the cage. Blachowicz throws a sweeping high kick that misses. He follows with a leg kick. Santos throws a leg kick. Blachowicz doubles up the jab and lands a hard left body kick. Santos faints but gets pushed off his mark when Blachowicz pressured. He kicks the Brazilian. Santos shows a spinning kick but doesn’t pull the trigger. He lands a hard leg kick though. Blachowicz lands a hard leg kick with two minutes remaining in the round. Santos lands a nice overhand left but not at full power. Both men are cautious in the opening stanza. Santos lands a pair of leg kicks. Blachowicz clinches and briefly looks for a takedown but the Brazilian defends and lands an elbow on the break. Again, Santos peppers the lead leg of Blachowicz as the round ends.

Round Two

A touch of gloves to start round two. Santos throws a sidekick at Blachowicz’ lead leg and follows with a kick to the thigh. The Polish fighter throws a high kick to no avail but lands a body kick to boot. Again, Santos shows the spinning kick but doesn’t pull the trigger. Blachowicz lands a hard leg kick that thumps the Brazilian’s leg. He goes to the body and then to the head of Santos. They trade leg kicks with the Polish fighter getting the better. Santos is a much more reserved version of himself tonight. He whiffs a left had that nearly swung him around. Blachowicz is doing a good job at piecing Santos up from a distance with kicks and technique. The round ends with the Brazilian attempting a capybara kick.

Round Three

Blachowicz takes to the center and presses but Santos clips the Polish fighter with a left hand. He rains down about 15 hammer fists before referee Herb Dean steps in. Wow.

Thiago Santos defeats Jan Blachowicz via TKO (hammer fists) at 39 seconds of round three
