James Krause, a former WEC figther and “The Ultimate Fighter” hopeful, has agreed to meet Sam Stout on June 15 after Isaac Vallie-Flagg, Stout’s original opponent, pulled out of the bout due to an injury.
The 155-pound bout will air on the FX prelims.
Krause (19-4) returns to Zuffa riding a seven-fight winning streak. He went 0-2 in WEC in 2009 and failed to be a part of “TUF: Live” last year when he lost to Justin Lawrence via first-round TKO in the preliminary round.
Stout (20-8-1) is 2-2 in his last four fights. He most recently defeated Caros Fodor via split decision at UFC 157 in February.
UFC 161, headlined by Rashad Evans vs. Dan Henderson, will take place at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
