BOSTON – Joe Lauzon says he sold 600 tickets to UFC 118 and probably could have upped that number to 2,000 if he didn’t have to train.

The East Bridgewater, Mass., native is fighting in his backyard this
Saturday at Boston’s TD Garden – one of three fighters with roots in the
Commonwealth. More than anything, he’s stoked that he gets to sleep in
his own bed.

It’s not bad either that an injury to his previous opponent, Terry Etim,
has brought a more favorable matchup in the returning Gabe Ruediger.
