This is the TUF Nations Finale live blog for Sheldon Westcott vs. Elias Theodorou, a middleweight bout at Wednesday night’s UFC event at the Colisee Pepsi in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
Westcott, who is 8-1 in his career, will face Theodorou, who is 8-0 in his career, on the main card for the TUF Nations middleweight title.

Round 1: Philip Chartier is the referee. Westcott comes out strong, clinching with Theodorou and now pressing him him into the fence. A scoop slam scores for Westcott and Theodorou tries to stand, but Westcott is riding his back as he stands. Theodorou uses a two on one escape after a few mild choke attempts from Westcott. Westcott is back all over him, but moving a lot more slowly. Westcott sits to guard after a failed attempt and eats a hard punch for his efforts. Good kicking effort from Theodorou and he’s getting loose here with shots every which way.

Round 2: Theodorou scores not one, but two scoop slams and Westcott is sucking wind hard. Westcott recovers and gets back to his feet only to eat three knees and another hard slam to the mat. Theodorou moves to mount and now the back as Westcott rolls. Theodorou moves off of mount, but is just blasting Westcott to pieces with crushing ground and pound. Westcott is just covering at this point and the referee saves him.
