The UFC has announced six more bouts for the UFC Fight Night card in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Oct. 4.
Headlined by a welterweight showdown between Rory MacDonald and Tarec Saffiedine at the Halifax Metro Centre, the Fight Night card will feature both The Ultimate Fighter Nations winners Elias Theodorou and Chad Laprise.
Theodorou (9-0), who became the TUF: Nations middleweight winner with a stoppage win over Sheldon Westcott in April, returns to the Octagon against Nova Uniao fighter Bruno Santos (14-1), who defeated Chris Camozzi via split decision in his last appearance under the UFC banner.
Following a split decision victory over Olivier Aubin-Mercier at the TUF: Nations welterweight final, Laprise (8-0) moves down 155 pounds to face off against Yosdenis Cedeno (10-3). The Cuban lightweight stopped Jerrod Sanders at UFN 45 in July.
