Steven Siler’s UFC stint has come to an end.

The 27-year old out of Orem, Utah has been a part of the company since appearing on The Ultimate Fighter 14.

But the featherweight tweeted on Thursday that his run with the company is done.

“I wanna thank the @UFC @danawhite @seanshelby for everything, I will be back in the UFC I’m not done yet,” Siler tweeted.

Siler (23-13) got off to a promising start, winning five of his first six UFC contests, with a decision over Cole Miller and a knockout of Mike Brown to his credit.

But things took a turn from there, as he dropped his past three bouts. The most recent was a unanimous decision against Noad Lahat at UFC on FOX in San Jose on July 26.
