World Series of Fighting bantamweight champion Marlon Moraes will defend his title against undefeated Canadian Josh Hill at WSOF 18 on Thursday, Feb. 12, the promotion announced Thursday.
Interestingly enough, the event, which will take place at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, will mark the first time a WSOF events airs live on NBCSN on a weekday evening.
Moraes (14-4-1) has won his last eight fights in a row and six straight under the WSOF banner. Meanwhile, Hill, nicknamed “Gentleman,” has defeated all ten of the opponents he has faced in his professional MMA career.
Other fights announced for the card: Chris Gruetzemacher vs. Antonio Carvalho, Shane Campbell vs. Brandt Dewsbery and Hakeem Dawodu vs. Tristan Johnson.
