For awhile there, it looked like Neil Magny’s win streak was about to end at six.
Hyun Gyu Lim rocked him with a knee in the opening round of their UFC Fight Night 66 welterweight bout and followed with a flurry of solid strikes that had the Grudge Training Center product reeling.
But Magny regained his senses and rallied for a memorable second-round TKO to win his seventh straight fight.
And that was good for an extra $50,000 in his wallet.
Magny earned one of four bonuses on the evening, snagging a performance of the night award.
The other winners of 50K apiece:
*Jon Tuck took home a Performance award by virtue of his first-round submission win over Tye Hyun Bang.
*Fight of the night came from the UFC Fight Pass prelims, where flyweight Jon DeLos Reyes scored a second round, rear-naked choke victory over Roldan Sangcha-An.
