It hasn’t been a great week for Ken Shamrock.
After getting knocked out by Kimbo Slice in their grudge match June 19 at Bellator 138, Shamrock was slammed by a contingent claiming the UFC Hall of Famer took a dive, of sorts.
UFC commentator Joe Rogan got in on the action the following morning when he said he believed the bout looked “fake” and “suspect.”
After securing back mount on Slice in the first round, Shamrock appeared to have the fight in hand with a rear-naked choke. Escaping the hold, Slice got back to his feet and scored a TKO with punches just seconds later.
“Why in the world would someone in Joe Rogan’s position spout off with something like that when there’s no proof?” Shamrock told Submission Radio. “It’s the speculation of his thoughts that could literally ruin someone’s career. That’s like me going out there and telling his wife that he cheated on her. That I don’t have any proof but someone just said something.”
Shamrock scolded Rogan further, saying his comments could have done irreparable damage to his legacy.
“You have the peoples’ ear,” said Shamrock. “You have a responsibility to make sure that whatever you say, you can back up. Not just say it because you think it. You ruin peoples’ lives on something he has no proof. He’s wrong, what he said. He could have ruined my career and my life. What he’s saying? There’s no proof to it.”
Confused by the logic of his critics, Shamrock proclaimed he, in no way, threw the fight.
“I swear on everything that I love, my family, my God, that fight was not fixed,” said Shamrock. “The people that are saying that are angry because they lost a bet or are just being hurtful.
“A lot of these people saying the fight was fixed said I should have never been in the ring. ‘I’m 51, too old. I can’t compete at that age.’ Now they’re saying there’s no way I could have lost. I’m really confused. One minute I can’t fight, the next thing, I can’t lose. Make up your mind.”

Should Joanna be on the P4P list?
After her last fight, I was sure she would be. Then a few days later I was disappointed to find out she wasn’t.
It was such a beautiful performance. To quote Matt Brown, “watching Joanna excited me about women’s MMA. The future of it. The potential of it. She ignited a fan in me for sure”. Keep in mind that this is the same guy who not long ago said: “If I’m going to pay $60 for a PPV to watch women fight, they should at least be topless.”
Here a few reasons why I think she sould be on the P4P list:
1.-She is the only champion who’s not on the list.
