Despite hurdles, UFC remains committed to Germany

With opposition from local media and the lack of a TV presence, the
UFC’s expansion into the German market hasn’t proved easy thus far.

But following this past weekend’s UFC 122 event in Oberhausen, Germany,
company president Dana White said he’s not backing down from the
challenge.

“You know how aggressive we are,” White said. “Our goal is to turn this sport global.”
