Consider this another highlight-reel finish for Ronda Rousey.
The UFC women’s bantamweight champion took home the Best Fighter award at ESPN’s ESPYs on Wednesday night, beating out the likes of Floyd Mayweather Jr. Then, in an interview after, she took a jab at Mayweather’s history of domestic violence.
“I can’t help but really say that, I wonder how Floyd feels beings beat by a woman for once,” Rousey said. “I’d like to see him pretend to not know who I am now.”
Mayweather, the world’s most popular boxer, has done jail time on domestic abuse charges. He also feigned ignorance when asked about Rousey last year, saying he didn’t know who “he” was.
There’s a good chance he knows now.
