UFC Fight Night 81 takes place live from the TD Garden in Boston, MA this Sunday night. In the evening’s main event, UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw squares off with former titleholder Dominick Cruz in a highly anticipated 135-pound showdown. Also on the main card is a pivotal lightweight matchup between former champions Anthony Pettis and Eddie Alvarez.

The oddsmakers have Dillashaw as a slight favorite at -140, with the comeback on Cruz at +120. As a reminder, this means you must bet $140 on Dillashaw to win $100, and you must bet $100 on Cruz to win $120. (Odds courtesy of 5Dimes)

The odds have stayed nearly identical since the lines for this fight opened up in September. Dillashaw opened as a -150 favourite (bet $150 to win $100) and Cruz opened as a +120 underdog (bet $100 to win $120).

According to oddsmakers, the co-main event between Pettis and Alvarez isn’t as close. Pettis is currently the second largest favorite on the card at -340 (bet $340 to win $100) with the comeback on Alvarez at +280 (bet $100 to win $280).

The biggest favorite on the card is lightweight prospect Chris Wade, who currently sits at -365 (bet $365 to win $100). He faces the card’s biggest underdog, TUF 22 veteran Mehdi Baghdad, who the oddsmakers currently have him at +305 (bet $100 to win $305), on the preliminary card.

A featherweight bout between Maximo Blanco and Luke Sanders is the closest fight on paper, with Blanco being a slight favorite. With odds -120 and +100, however, Blanco vs. Sanders is nearly a pick ’em fight.
