Following the most impressive win of his career, Antonio Silva suddenly found himself scrambling to arrange a fight.

After defeating Andrei Arlovski at this past May’s “Strikeforce St.
Louis” event, the heavyweight called out Strikeforce champion Alistair Overeem,
Fedor Emelianenko and Fabricio Werdum, but none of them were in a rush
to face “Bigfoot.”

But now, at this weekend’s “Strikeforce: Henderson vs. Babalu II” event
in St. Louis, Silva takes on scrappy American Kickboxing Academy product
Mike Kyle. With a win, Silva believes the big
three of Strikeforce’s heavyweight division will no longer be able to
deny his bid.
