Heavyweight journeyman Eric Prindle may be best known for his egregious nut shots during his Bellator MMA stint, but his most recent victory — a submission win over fellow Bellator vet Maurice Jackson at Midwest Championship Fighting 11 — could very well be in the running for submission of the year.
