Now that UFC Fight Night 98 is in the books — full results here — it’s time to look ahead to Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) next pay-per-view (PPV) event.
And it’s THE BIG ONE!
The much-anticipated and stacked UFC 205 card is scheduled to go down inside Madison Square Garden in New York City on Nov. 12, 2016 in a card that has been dubbed the best in the history of the promotion.
The event will be headlined by a lightweight title fight as Eddie Alvarez defends his belt against current featherweight champion, Conor McGregor.
In the co-headlining act, Tyron Woodley looks to defend his belt against Stephen Thompson. While Joanna J?drzejczyk will once again put her women’s strawweight title on the line against Karolina Kowalkiewicz to completethe championship trifecta.
Chris Weidman will face Yoel Romero in an intriguing middleweight bout while Donald Cerrone faces Kelvin Gastelum in welterweight action. Also, Miesha Tate faces off against Raquel Pennington while Frankie Edgar meets Jeremy Stephens.
Plus, Khabib Nurmagomedov returns to face Michael Johnson while Rashad Evans makes his 185-pound debut against Tim Kennedy.
