Donald Cerrone and Matt Brown are set to throw down in the co-main event of Saturday’s (Dec. 10, 2016) UFC 206 from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, and the fight promises to be a hard-hitting tilt between two of the most experienced and dangerous welterweights in MMA today.
While much of the news surrounding UFC 206’s co-headliner is centered around Cerrone’s involvement with and subsequent flip-flopping on the MMAAA, Brown is looking to stir up some excitement of his own. With his back against the wall following four losses in his last five bouts, “The Immortal” has said he’s not friends with his former sparring partner “Cowboy,” calling him a “bully” and a “douchebag” in pre-fight media segments.
That bad blood carried over into today’s (Thurs., Dec. 8, 2016) Media Day, where Brown refused to shake “Cowboy’s” hand, forcing Dana White to separate them. Check out the heated scene courtesy of the UFC here:
