Earlier this afternoon, we saw see Fedor arriving in the United States and acclimatizing for his upcoming Saturday evening fight with Matt Mitrione. He doesn’t need to cut weight, so he’s just relaxing, enjoying himself, taking pictures in the redwoods.

As “Last Emperor” mingles with the shopping mall crowds, one has to wonder if the people milling around him know that this placid-looking, bald-headed man is the most revered Heavyweight in mixed martial arts (MMA) history. If they have any clue how he destroyed opponents in the ring, going 10 years without a loss in the most capricious weight class in the fight game.
