Must have been a head shot.
“Korean Zombie” — real name Chan Sung Jung — suffered an injury in training camp and was forced to withdraw from his UFC 214 pay-per-view (PPV) showdown, scheduled for July 29, 2017 in Anaheim, California.

That leaves Ricardo Lamas without an opponent; however, we still have roughly two months to find a replacement, assuming “The Bully” wants to remain attached to the “Golden State” fight card (see it here).
Time will tell.
It’s no doubt a disappointing turn of events for Jung, 30, as well as mixed martial arts (MMA) fans, who waited several years for the South Korean to complete his military duties.
His return fight at UFC Fight Night 104 — a blistering knockout win over grizzled veteran Dennis Bermudez — helped revitalize a ho-hum featherweight division (see it again here).
When and where the 14-4 “Zombie” is expected to return remains to be seen.
Stay tuned.
