With the Showtime-televised main card already set, Strikeforce also has
finalized the preliminary card for next week’s “Challengers” card.
Although heavy on amateurs bouts, the un-aired portion of the
Feb. 26 show features a solid middleweight pro bout between Eric Lawson
(9-2 MMA, 5-0 SF) and Wayne Phillips (3-3 MMA, 0-0 SF), Strikeforce
officials confirmed with MMAjunkie.com.
“Strikeforce Challengers VI: Prangley vs. Amoussou” takes place at the San Jose Civic Auditorium in San Jose, Calif.
