UFC 214 video: Embedded, part 1 – ‘My d-ck works!’

Check out the first episode of Embedded for UFC 214.

UFC 214 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in Anaheim, and it serves as a brief introduction to the two fighters that make up the top of the card – Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier.

Things start off at Jackson-Wink, with Mike Winklejohn talking about Jon Jones’ preparation. Jones himself quotes Vince Lombardi talking about fatigue and speaks a bit on what he’s trying to do. Next they move to a restaurant, where him and his team go over some social media posts, with him discussing how he likes to be involved in these sorts of things.

We’re off to San Jose and AKA. UFC heavyweight Cain Velasquez talks about Daniel Cormier and the first fight between the two men. Cormier talking trash – “I can be fat, I can not have a six pack. But my d-ck works!” He then talks about Jones’ psyche and how it is tied to being a champion.

They then show the setup for the interview the two men did with Brian Stann that aired on the UFC on Fox show last weekend. Things move to a Gracie Barra, where Jones is getting his BJJ blue belt. He’s there with teammates Holly Holm and Michelle Waterson as well. He ends it with a fitting line – “Next week, the gold belt.”

UFC 214 goes down Saturday, July 29th, in Anaheim, CA.
