UFC 215 promo video preview for ‘Johnson vs. Borg’ PPV event on Sept. 9 in Edmonton

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is finally done co-promoting the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor, which took place earlier this month Las Vegas, Nevada.

After a brief pit stop in Rotterdam, the promotion will return to the pay-per-view (PPV) market on Sat., Sept. 9, 2017 with the UFC 215: “Johnson vs. Borg” extravaganza from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, which features flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson attempting to set an all-time title defense record at 11 straight.

“Mighty Mouse” is currently tied with former middleweight champion Anderson Silva at 10, but taking out Ray Borg in the five-round pay-per-view (PPV) headliner will put him in a class all his own.

In the co-main event, Amanda Nunes will look to defend her title against Valentina Shevchenko in a rematch from their close three-round war back at UFC 196, which ended in favor of “Lioness.”

To get fans pumped up for the event, the promotion released an extended video preview with all the major storylines behind UFC 215, conveniently embedded in the video player above.
