Now that Christmas …

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has just four more days until its UFC 219: “Cyborg vs. Holm” pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place this Saturday night (Dec. 30, 2017) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Now that Christmas is wrapped, no pun intended, the combatants headlining the show — UFC featherweight champion Cris Cyborg and division No. 1 contender Holly Holm — will finish their training and preparations before flying to “Sin City.”

Which brings us to episode one of UFC 219 “Embedded” (via YouTube):

On Episode 1 of UFC 219 Embedded, former champion Holly Holm continues preparing with her team in Albuquerque. Women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg trains outdoors for another holiday fight night. Former strawweight champion Carla Esparza visits an Orange County chiropractor, as her opponent Cynthia Calvillo has her final sparring session in northern California. Lightweight Edson Barboza’s S&C work has him in the best form of his life, and opponent Khabib Nurmagomedov gets promo advice from light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier. UFC 219 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the women’s featherweight championship bout at UFC 219 on Saturday, December 30th on Pay-Per-View.

UFC 219 also features the lightweight co-main event between top division contenders Edson Barboza and Khabib Nurmagomedov, who collide for a spot in the 155-pound title chase and a possible shot at one of two titles.
