Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was back on pay-per-view (PPV) last weekend with the UFC 219: “Cyborg vs. Holm” mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza, which took place on Sat. night (Dec. 30, 2017) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC 219 was headlined by the women’s featherweight title fight featuring Cristiane Justino, who outlasted former bantamweight champion Holly Holm in the five-round main event (video). In the three-round co-headliner, Khabib Nurmagomedov reestablished his dominance at 155 pounds by trashing top-ranked contender Edson Barboza (highlights).

Elsewhere on the card, Neil Magny spoiled the long-awaited return of Carlos Condit at welterweight, while former women’s strawweight champion Carla Esparza ruined the undefeated record of 115-pound prospect Cynthia Calvillo.

As it so often does with major events, the promotion released a “Fight Motion” video — also known as “Ghost Cam” — featuring all the UFC 219 highlights in super slow motion.
