UFC 220: “Miocic vs Ngannou” is all set to go down from inside TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on Jan. 20, 2017 and is set to feature a hard-hitting Heavyweight title fight between division champion Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou.
Francis punched his ticket to the big dance by destroying everything in his path, including knocking out top contenders such as Alistair Overeem, who was the recipient of the “uppercut from hell” at UFC 218.
As for Stipe, he is looking to defend his title for the third straight time, setting a UFC heavyweight record in the process.
Meanwhile in UFC 220’s co-main event, Daniel Cormier will take on Volkan Oezdemir in a Light Heavyweight title fight that came to be after “DC” was given his 205-pound title back following Jon Jones’ latest drug test debacle.
