The top of the billing has the former middleweight champ Luke Rockhold (-145) favored over the hyperathletic standout wrestler Yoel Romero (+135). In the co-main event, MMA legend Mark Hunt (+145) looks to defend his hemisphere against the surging #9 heavyweight, Curtis Blaydes (-165).
The widest betting line on the UFC 221 card belongs to (-350) Israel Adesanya vs. Rob Wilkinson (+290), with (-310) Tai Tuivasa vs. Cyril Asker (+255) right behind as a close 2nd. The pick’em bout for the Perth crowd will entail Ben Nguyen vs. Jussier Formiga, with Formiga as the clear favorite at -120 and Nguyen clocking in on both sides of the line, from -116 up to +105.

Yoel Romero opened up on 5Dimes as the betting favorite at -190, but as wagers on his opponent steadily trickled in, the line of Romero has flipped, and now resides in the underdog realm around +135. On the flip side, Luke Rockhold’s UFC 221 moneyline started in the underdog department at +150, but the former champ has since won over the betting public, and now sits as the gambling favorite at -145.
