Bloody Elbow presents its pre-fight, fight night, and post-fight coverage for the February 2nd Top Rank on ESPN card at The Star in Frisco in Frisco, TX. The main event sees WBO light heavyweight champion Eleider Alvarez (24-0, 12 KOs) defend his title against the man he took it from just a few months ago, Sergey Kovalev (32-3-1, 28 KOs). Alvarez won by seventh-round TKO in their first matchup.
Also scheduled for this event is a lightweight matchup between rising star Teofimo Lopez (11-0, 9 KOs) and Diego Magdaleno (31-3, 13 KOs), as well as a vacant IBF lightweight title bout between Richard Commey (27-2, 24 KOs) and Isa Chaniev (13-1, 6 KOs), and a WBO featherweight title defense for Oscar Valdez (24-0, 19 KOs) against Carmine Tommasone (19-0, 5 KOs).
ESPN will air Commey vs. Chaniev and Valdez vs. Tommasone at 10 PM ET, while Lopez vs. Magdaleno and Alvarez vs. Kovalev 2 will be shown on ESPN+ at 12 AM ET.
