The UFC’s March schedule is a busy one, with five events in five weeks. Kicking things off on March 2nd is UFC 235 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Jon Jones defends his light heavyweight title against Anthony Smith in the main event. As for the co-mian, welterweight king Tyron Woodley defends his belt versus Kamaru Usman.
Rounding out the main card is the much-anticipated UFC debut of former Bellator and ONE champion Ben Askren, as he battles former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler. Rising strawweight talent Weili Zhang fights Tecia Torres in a major step up in competition for Zhang, while former men’s bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt returns to action against Pedro Munhoz.
Oh, and did I mention that Zabit Magomedsharipov vs. Jeremy Stephens is on the prelims? As is Misha Cirkunov vs. Johnny Walker? This card rules.
