The UFC president vowed to make changes after another post-fight brawl between Jorge Masvidal and Leon Edwards broke out at UFC London.
UFC Fight Night: Till vs. Masvidal went down Saturday night at the O2 Arena in London, and it marked yet another event that ended with unauthorized brawling after the fights. In this case, it was main event winner Jorge Masvidal and co-main winner Leon Edwards throwing down backstage. Jorge Masvidal literally walked off in the middle of an interview with ESPN in order to confront Edwards (watch it here), and fired off a volley of strikes that cut Leon under the eye.
Now Dana White is reacting to the latest incident that has boiled over from acceptable posturing into thuggish violence.
Comment from Dana White on the Masvidal, Edwards scuffle: I can’t even believe that this happened. We(UFC) need to do a much better job of making sure this shit doesn’t happen at any of our events!!!!

”I can’t even believe that this happened,” White told ESPN’s Brett Okamoto. “We(UFC) need to do a much better job of making sure this s**t doesn’t happen at any of our events!!!!”
Following up on the Khabib brawl and the Kamaru Usman / Colby Covington incident at UFC 235, unauthorized violence is starting to become the norm instead of the exception. What will the UFC do to pull its fighters back in line? We have to imagine Jorge Masvidal’s $100,000 in bonuses may end up back in the UFC vault after his actions. Will it be enough to pull the organization back into the realms of sanity and sportsmanship? We’ll see. This has quickly turned into a very unfortunate trend.
