Conor McGregor takes shots at UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov as well as former boxer Paulie Malignaggi on social media.
First off is Paulie, who got into it with McGregor’s friend and training partner Artem Lobov. Footage has surfaced of the incident between the two fighters on Tuesday. As a result, McGregor took to his official Twitter account where he posted photos of the two sparring from 2017.
The bad blood between Malignaggi and McGregor has been well documented. Malignaggi was brought in as a sparring partner to help McGregor prepare for Floyd Mayweather. The footage was from their sparring sessions in which ‘Magic Man’ felt he was depicted in a bad light.
McGregor also tweeted two messages to Khabib but then decided it was best to delete them soon after. Here are some screenshots:
In the lead-up to the UFC 229 pay-per-view, McGregor made some harsh comments about Khabib’s family, religion, and character. Khabib defeated the Irishman via fourth-round submission by way of neck crank back in October. This fight marked McGregor’s latest bout to take place inside of the Octagon.
