It didn’t take long for Chris Leben to wreck his bare knuckle boxing opponent — 15 seconds to be exact.
It was a short night of work for Chris Leben in his return to bare knuckle combat at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 5. The longtime UFC brawler knocked out his opponent Justin Baesman in just 15 seconds, uncorking a series of brutal uppercuts that dropped Baesman to the canvas where he was unable to continue.

This is Leben’s second bare knuckle win following another knockout win over Phil Baroni in October of 2018. Unfortunately for Leben, that particular bare knuckle boxing promotion, World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation, collapsed spectacularly with the promoters ending up in jail. And while Leben has filed a lawsuit, he’s not likely to collect the $90,000 he was supposed to make for that work.
With BKFC seemingly more solvent (if a bit worrisome in their willingness to dock fighter pay), we hope Leben reaps a nice reward for his fast work tonight.
