The UFC returns with two fantastic (interim) title fights this week. Featherweight champion Max Holloway makes the jump to 155 for his chance at revenge against Dustin Poirier, the man who handed him the first loss of his pro MMA career. They’ll be scrapping for the interim lightweight title—with Khabib Nurmagomedov apparently satisfied with sitting out his NSAC suspension until the fall. In the co-main event, middleweight top contenders Israel Adesanya and Kelvin Gastelum will face off for a share of Robert Whittaker’s title. The ‘Reaper’ has been sidelined recovering from hernia & bowel surgery, ever since his last minute exit from UFC 234.
