Michel Pereira’s pre-UFC reputation should’ve had anyone familiar with his work knew that he was going to be, at worst, a remarkable action fighter who’s capable of making chaos happen.

He was emotional on his way into the Octagon, breakdanced during Joe Martinez’s introductions, and then he unleashed hell on English welterweight Danny Roberts. The flashy moves and high energy were on full display, but he was also tagging Roberts with hard shots. A flying knee had Roberts stunned, then a straight right hand put his foe on the canvas. There was no need to follow-up with another punch, as Roberts was way gone.
