Only part of Saturday’s Bellator MMA event in London will be aired live for US viewers.
There’s a really good Bellator MMA card at the SSE Arena in London, England this Saturday night. It will not, however, be that simple to watch all of the action if you’re in the United States.
Bellator officials confirmed on Wednesday that US viewers can catch the main event between middleweight champion Gegard Mousasi and Rafael Lovato Jr live on the Bellator app. Also on the live portion of the show is Melvin Manhoef vs. Kent Kauppinen, and reality TV star Aaron Chalmers against Fred Freeman.
As for the rest of the card, Paramount Network/DAZN will simulcast tape-delayed coverage of what is being billed as Bellator 223. The headliner is a welterweight bout between Paul Daley and Erick Silva. SBG Ireland prospect James Gallagher against Jeremiah Labiano is the co-feature for that portion of the event.
Preliminary card action can be seen live, also on the Bellator app, at the early time of 11:30 AM ET/8:30 AM PT.
So to recap: Prelims on a live stream, main event + two fights on live stream, everything else is tape-delayed to Paramount Network/DAZN.
