Check out the fight card and bout order for UFC Fight Night: Dos Santos vs. Ngannou, set for June 29th in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The final UFC event of June is an ESPN show from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In the headliner, heavyweights collide as former champion Junior dos Santos battles the heavy-handed Francis Ngannou in a pivotal bout with potential title implications. The co-main event is a flyweight matchup — yes, a flyweight matchup — between Jussier Formiga and Joseph Benavidez. It was a TKO victory for Benavidez the first time he fought Formiga several years ago.
This is certainly not an event stacked with a lot of relevant fights as they pertain to the top-15 of each division. The next biggest fight features veteran welterweight contender and jiu-jitsu wizard Demian Maia against the rising Anthony Rocco Martin. You do get a healthy dose of newcomers, prospects, and action fighters populating the rest of the bout order.
