Bigfoot SilvaFresh off a victory over iconic Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko, Strikeforce fighter Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva (16-2) sees some great opportunities now that the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Strikeforce both belong to the same company.

“Bigfoot” has won three straight, including going 9-1 in his past ten bouts. With his win over Fedor last month, Silva moves into the Heavyweight Tournament semi-finals and will meet either Strikeforce heavyweight champ Alistair Overeem or Fabricio Werdum next.

Speaking to Tatame.com, Silva singled out one UFC fighter in particular who he would like to step into the cage with, taking issue with the fighters ranking among the worlds top heavyweights.

“It’ll be very good, I’m looking forwards to know how it’ll be like”, celebrates Bigfoot, revealing that, in case the events merged today, he’d have an opponent he’d like to fight. “I’ve never had issues with anybody, I’ve always respected everybody, but as a professional I believe it’d be interesting fighting Brock Lesnar. I don’t agree that Brock is the second on the ranking, it doesn’t make sense. This fight would be interesting so I put Brock on the place where he was supposed to be… It really doesn’t make any sense.”
