Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is just a few hours away from the Jon Jones vs. Thiago Santos light heavyweight main event atop the UFC 239 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card TONIGHT (Sat., July 6, 2019) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jones (24-1, 1 NC) is making his second title defense following last December’s return to mixed martial arts (MMA) in what he expects to be a busy 2019. The last time “Bones” competed at least three times in one year was 2011.

Santos (21-6) is four years older than Jones, so that leaves me a little worried about Wink’s scouting report, but he’s not kidding when he suggests “Marreta” will be dropping bombs. The Brazilian has a frightening 15 knockouts in 21 wins and captured eight of his last nine.
