It looks like former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s Featherweight champion, Cris Cyborg, has landed on her feet after her unceremonious departure from the world’s leading mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion. Cyborg — who recently fulfilled her UFC contract with a unanimous decision win over Felicia Spencer at UFC 240 (watch highlights) — is now slinging sausage, egg and cheese wake up wraps and hot cups of Joe to local residents in Tustin, California.
I’m willing to bet she not making $500,000 every 51 seconds. Nah, she might be making more thanks to a long-term sponsorship deal the Brazilian signed with the fast food chain.
Dunkin’ Donuts will be partnering with Cris Cyborg ahead of her UFC 240 fight against Felicia Spencer later this month, sources say. The relationship will include several public appearances at Dunkin’ stores, with the plan to be activating her more with the brand in 2020.

Cyborg’s latest lame duck gig, unsurprisingly, has not stopped potential opponents outside UFC from from baiting her to into lucrative fist fights. The latest of whom appears to be Kayla Harrison, a gold medal-winning Olympian (2012) who has made a successful transition to mixed martial arts (MMA), compiling a perfect record (5-0) under the Professional Fight League (PFL) banner.
“I think that she would fit right in at the PFL,” Harrison told TMZ (transcription via MMAFighting.com). “First of all it’s 155 pounds so she wouldn’t be dying to make the weight like she does at 145 and I think that there’s not really anybody else out there that’s gonna give her — I’m gonna beat Cris Cyborg if she comes to the PFL and I don’t think any other organization can offer her that. Plus it’s a win, you fight, you move on type of atmosphere so she’s not gonna have to worry about the promoters liking her or not liking her which seems to be a big problem for her. If you win, you get to continue.”
Harrison has been on Cyborg’s scent for some time, even at the expense of her Judo counterpart — and Cyborg rival — Ronda Rousey, at times. She most recently tapped Morgan Frier at PFL 4 on July 11, 2019, via first round submission (key lock).
Unfortunately for Harrison and PFL, though, Cyborg is currently like a hot cup of coffee on a Monday morning … in high demand.
