UFC Fight Night 156 injuries and medical suspensions for the athletes who competed at “Shevchenko vs Carmouche 2” event on Saturday August 10, 2019, from inside Antel Arena in Montevideo, Uruguay, have been released by the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) (via MMA Fighting).

Leading the way in mandatory sits is Mike Perry, who suffered a badly-broken nose at the hands of Vicente Luque (see it again here). “Platinum” stayed behind in Uruguay after undergoing surgery immediately after the bout.

Geraldo de Freitas also suffered a nose injury, and he was also hit with a six-month suspension following his battle agaisnt Chris Gutierrez. Tecia Torres, who suffered her fourth straight defeat at the hands of marina Rodriguez, will join those two men on the pine for a while after she was handed a hefty suspension, as well.
